Tonight we made this this
And it was awesome. We've made stuffed/rolled chicken recipes lots of times before, but this was the best. By far. It wasn't easy, (although not terribly hard)but it was worth it. It helps when you have two people in the kitchen who want to get dinner on the table. The picture doesn't show how pretty it was inside with the cheese and zucchini. We layered the cheese and zucchini and TJ thought that made a difference. I didn't have a lemon, so I used just under two tablespoons of lemon juice, since I don't like things too lemony. I think it would be great with a side of baked potato or mixed veggies.
